The
Enrollment Process
Step 1: Inquiry
Contact us through our online contact form or via e-mail, WeChat, WhatsApp, or phone. Just click "Inquiry" to be taken to the Contact Page.
Step 2: Apply Online
Fill out the form below to submit your application. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions during this process.
Step 3: Pay $100 Registration Fee
A one-time non-refundable $100 application fee is required to secure your place at the Academy prior to arrival. The fee can be paid via bank transfer, Revolut, Wise, AliPay, WeChat Pay, or the PayPal link below the application form 👇.
Step 4: Apply For Chinese Visa
Visa application processes, costs, and time vary by country. Please ensure you check your region's processing times carefully before booking your flight! In most cases, students will apply for the X-2 Visa. However, this may vary based on your length of stay. Please reach out if you are unsure which visa to apply for.
Step 5: Purchase Flight Ticket
In some cases, proof of flight may be required for visa application. Please check your local Chinese Consulate's regulations.
Step 6: Arrange Pickup
Students can arrange pickup from within Xuzhou or Lianyungang cities for a $60 fee. Pickup from Xinyi City is free of charge. Arrange pickup prior to your arrival in China.

Please review the School Calendar when selecting your dates and planning travel within China. It has Chinese holidays as well as school breaks and trips. The calendar may periodically update if new school trips or events are added. School breaks are colored dark grey.

Apply Online
The $100 USD application fee can be paid via PayPal at the link below. There is also a 6% Service Fee/Tax charged by PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to make the payment, you can pay with your credit card directly. It accepts almost every credit card type.

Payment Method
We allow students to pay month by month according to the monthly fee structure on the Prices & Fees page. However, paying month by month is more expensive because you do not receive the discount price. Let us explain with an example:
If you want to attend for 3 months but decide to pay month by month, you would pay: $890 for the first month; $860 for the second month; $830 for the third month. In total, you would pay $2580.
However, if you pay for all 3 months in one installment, you only need to pay $2490. This is because you get the price of the third month ($830) for each month. That means you save $90 when you pay in one installment ($2490) rather than paying monthly ($2580).

Please read the following notice before making a bank transfer:
- Please make sure you write the account name as the payee’s name (NOT the academy name) when you transfer your fees.
- Please note that the account number works for international transfers, and no IBAN is needed. When using a swift code, the address may appear as Nanjing due to the Bank of China headquarters location. The local bank address is Xinyi.
- As soon as you make the transfer, please email us a screenshot or inform us of the payer’s name and transfer date.
Paying Via App:
We also accept payments via Alipay or WeChat pay. If you do not already have these apps, you can download them from the App Store on your phone. To make a payment, they will require you to verify your identity.
These apps are very useful to have when coming to China as they are the primary method of payment for Chinese and foreigners alike. Cash is very rarely used nowadays and bank cards are generally not accepted outside of major cities.

Occasionally partial names or names that differ from the application form show up on PayPal, WeChat, Alipay, etc., so, to ensure your payment is recorded properly, it is best to let us know when you have sent it.
