The per-month cost is reduced by $30 for every month you stay for (i.e. staying for 2 months will be $30 less per month; staying for 3 months will be $60 less per month and so on). Students who wish to study for one year or more will get even more discounts.
Special Room Fees
The standard room at the academy, included in tuition, is a shared 2-person room with 2 beds, a desk, and a closet. Single rooms and rooms with wall-mounted, remote-controlled AC units are available for an additional monthly fee. The AC units have adjustable output angles, fully adjustable temperatures and air speed, and provide cold air in the summer months and heat in the winter months.

* The monthly cost of electricity for the AC unit is $120. So, a $120 charge is added for any room with an AC unit. If the room is shared, the cost will be less. So, if you book a 2-person room and have no roommate due to no other students booking this room type, you will pay $120. But if you get a roommate, the cost per person will lower to $60 each.
Other Optional Fees
Your tuition covers most necessities at the academy, including accommodation, utilities, meals, training, and bedding. There are some other optional costs you may want to keep in mind, however, when planning your trip.
Getting Here/Arrival
- Physical document mail for visa ($50)

- Long-term students may consider purchasing a Chinese phone
At the Academy
- Personal 15-liter water jug (5 yuan/bottle) + electric water pump (20 yuan/one-time purchase)

Refunds
Please be aware that you must always adhere to the academy’s fee structure for payments or refunds. If you need to leave earlier than planned, we advise that you depart at the end of a full month or a full week. This will help you avoid being charged a daily rate of $60 USD and prevent any disputes with the academy.
Students can receive a refund if they leave the academy earlier due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refund is not issued to students who book for one month or less.
Refund is not issued if students’ remaining time is less than one month.
Refund is not issued for personal vacations.
Refund is not issued to a student who is dismissed from the academy.
For the 15th Anniversary offer, if the student cancels their planned stay less than 2 weeks before planned arrival, 10% will be deducted from the down payment for academy processing fees.
All of our prices are listed in US Dollars, but Euros, Pounds, and Chinese Yuan are acceptable as well. The prices & fees will be adjusted according to the fluctuation of Chinese commodity prices and the exchange rate.
